Packing and Shipping

PRIMA usually uses two methods for products packing. One is RTA (Ready to assemble) and the other is fully assembled. As the glasses and countertops, we use cartons for packing and reinforce them with wooden frames to avoid breakage in transit.

Q: How could you guarantee the wardrobe quality?

1.Free door sample for testing;
2.We will not begin production until we get your confirmation for the final production drawing.

3.Any finished product will go through at least quality checking for 3 times. A third Party certificate 
is welcome.

Q:How to purchase a wardrobe?

1. Client provide a architecture house floor pan or hand drawn a kitchen layout and your idea to us.

2. We provide a free CAD design and a precise quotation for you.

3. Detail discussion and nigotiation.

4. A final confirmed shop drawing and PI will be send to you to make deposit.

5. Production will be arranged if we received your deposit.

6. Inspection picture will be send to you when production finished. Shipment will be arrange after you paid the balance.

7. You received goods and install it.

Q:How to install the wardrobe?

Each unit have been packed in box and be well lable indicated. So you it is easy to put the unit cabinet to correct location. A paper installation guide will be provided also. , even to send people to your site to help install is available.

1 For cabintry products, we could provide you all customized cabinet for kitchen, laundry, bathroom, home bar, Bedroom closet, mud room, home office and kids room.
