Q: Do you provide sample? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we can provide the samples. All the sample cost will be refunded after you place the order.

Q: What is your terms of payment? How can I make sure that my money spent to us will return back by quality products?

A: 30%-50% T/T for deposit, balance before loading. You can choose to pay through trade assurance on Alibaba, which is a service to protect buyers' money. If any quality problems or delay on delivery by our side, you can contact Alibaba to get your money back.

Q: What do I need to do after I place the order?

A: After you pay the deposit, you just need to check the shop drawing that we will work out within 1 to 3days.

Q: How long will I receive goods once I confirm the order?

A: Usually minimum 40-45days are needed. But if you are in very urgent need, we can finish within 25-30days. 

Q: How about the installation?

A: Our products are easy to install. Besides, after we deliver the goods, we will send the detailed drawings, installation instructions and packing list to tell you how to install. For any problems during installation, you can contact us at any time. 

And if required, we can also go to your job site for measuring and installation.
