Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra cost?
A: Yes, After price confirmation, you can request to have samples to check our quality. Samples can be free of charge if the goods
are in stock . In some special case,samples charge should be paid.
Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock.It depends on the
complexity and quantity of the product.
Q: What about transportation and delivery date ?
A: If the weight of goods more than 80 kg, usually we recommend delivering it by sea, it is roughly 20-30 days. The nearest port
is Shenzhen port. If the weight of goods less than 80 kg. or there are some emergencies, it is urgent, we can send the goods via
air express,it is 3-5 working days.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A:Usually,our payment terms is T/T 30% prepaid and balance T/T 70% before delivery. For small amount, 100% prepaid via T/T or
PayPal.Payment terms can be discussed by both parties.
